What kind of complaints does the OIG investigate?
Any fraud, waste, or abuse relating to the MTA. Specific types of complaints we have investigated include:

Service-related matter such as delays, payment issues, cleanliness concerns, skipped stops, driver rudeness, etc., regarding New York City Transit (subways/buses), Metro-North Railroad, Long Island Rail Road, Staten Island Railway, or MTA-operated bridges and tunnels.
